When projects move from concept drawings to construction documents, details have to be drawn to show how components relate to each other. It is tempting to use the 3D model to create all the details. This works for sections, not for details. Details need to show the components separated or exploded so that they are readable. Line weights and notes are critical. In this session, we will learn the best ways to create details and incorporate them into a drawing set with Vectorworks Architect 2018.
