The purchase process took a little longer than I liked, but it was my fault for buying over the Presidents Day holiday...other than that, I recommend NOVEDGE for Bluebeam Support for everyone who will buy this fantastic application.
I had lots of questions.. Very quick and responsive with replies. I too am cross country.. tower arrived well-packaged and protected. I've had the computer since late last May or so and have been extremely pleased. I wanted to wait to write a review until I'd had it for awhile, and then time got away from me. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend both for the hardware and great customer service!
when I minimize my drawing in my AutoCAD Lt 2020, I cannot subsequently maximize my drawing because if freeze, All commands are frozen; I cannot save my changes and loose all my work. In order to resume any work on my computer, I must force a shut down, The new AutoCAD Lt 2020 is mot
practical at all.

No issues at all - payment went through easily, product code arrived promptly and all was well. I would use Novedge again in the future :-)
I bought Rhino 3D from Novedge and to the same product with the same support that I’d get from buying directly from McNeel but for a better price. I called McNeel first and they recommended Novedge!

Legit upgrade with all the fixins! Any little bit that you can save with this beauty is helpful. I greatly appreciate this opportunity. The files came very quickly as well so I was up and running the full version within about 30 minutes. Very impressed and would highly recommend. Great program and great place to buy it from! A+
