What to capture on each markup:

• Subject: short, standardized label (e.g., RFI, ASI, Punch, Safety).
• Comments: concise context that includes project codes (e.g., RFI-142, 07 21 00).
• Status/Assigned To: drives workflow and ownership.
• Layer: toggles visibility by trade or phase.
• Custom Columns: Discipline, Spec Section, Priority, Cost Code, Due Date, Location.

How to add and standardize quickly:

• Select a markup, open the Properties panel, and set Subject and Layer. Use consistent naming (ARC/STR/MEP; P1/P2/P3).
• Open the Markups List, choose Columns > Manage Columns > Custom Columns, and create:
