CYPELEC Networks is a program created to analyse power systems in electrical networks and aid designers with the analysis and design of high/medium and low voltage installations.The design checks carried out by the program are based on the specifications of the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code (NEC).It has a simple graphical interface that allows users to easily create and edit power diagrams and single line diagrams. It incorporates a large variety of electrical equipment to create diagrams such as, for example, power supplies, generators, two and three winding transformers, low and medium voltage cables, high voltage transmission lines, capacitor banks, electrical loads and motors, etc., as well as protection devices and other electrical switchgear.CYPELEC Networks analyses of the load flow and calculates the voltages and phase shifts in buses, the currents in lines and branches, and the active and reactive power flows of the electrical system.
CYPELEC Multiline is a program that generates the circuit diagram of an electrical installation. To do so, the program has two complementary work modes:
Any program that is capable of exporting an IFC containing information on the single-line diagram and that is included in the Open BIM workflow will be able to benefit from the results output of CYPELEC Multiline. The CYPE programs that generate this information are indicated in the "Advantages of CYPELEC Multiline" section.
"CYPELEC Distribution" is a program with which users can obtain the distribution of circuits and loads for electrical installation projects.
CYPELEC Switchboard has been created to design the enclosures that are present in electrical installations (cabinets, panels, switchboards...).
CYPELEC PV Systems
CYPELEC PV Systems is a tool to assist users in the design of grid-connected photovoltaic systems (amongst which are self-consumption installations) as well as off-grid photovoltaic installations systems.
An accessible user interface with multiple editing aids –preconfigured switchboards, groups of lines, predefined circuits, copy, paste, move and match properties; undo-redo and new installation components (capacitor banks, LV/LV transformers, etc.)
