• Start with a clear, standard symbol
  • Create a symbol from existing content: use Snapshot on a plan symbol, paste, then right-click > Add to Tool Chest.
  • Or build a clean icon with Shapes, Group it, right-click > Add to Tool Chest. Name it consistently (Subject/Label) for clean reporting.
  • In Properties, set color, line weight, opacity, and enable Show Caption to display Label and Count where needed.

  • Define Spaces (rooms/zones) so counts roll up by location in the Markups List and in exported summaries.
  • Add Custom Columns (SKU, unit cost, vendor) and let Revu total quantities and costs for procurement.
  • Create a Legend from selected markups to auto-display symbol, description, and live totals on the sheet.
• Report and lock it in
  • Filter the Markups List by Subject/Label/Space, then export CSV/Excel for takeoff logs.
  • Flatten or lock after QA/QC to prevent accidental edits before issuing.
