Standardize your notes and speed reviews by creating Callout text box templates that your whole team can reuse consistently.

• Design a model Callout
  • Place a Callout and set font, size, color, and alignment in the Properties panel.
  • Define border, fill, leader style, arrowhead, and line weight for clear visibility on dense drawings.
  • Prewrite boilerplate text (for example: “RFI – Action Required by: [Trade] | Due: [Date]”).
  • Set the Subject to a meaningful category (e.g., “Coordination Note,” “Safety,” or “RFI”) to power reporting in the Markups List.
• Save as reusable templates
  • Right-click the Callout > Add to Tool Chest > choose or create a dedicated set (for example, “Callout Templates”).
  • Create two variants:
