Speed up revision control by swapping updated sheets into an existing PDF without losing your markups.

• Prep
  • Make a backup (File > Save As) before replacing pages.
  • Confirm the revised sheets match the original page size and orientation to minimize rework.
• Replace pages quickly
  • Go to Document > Replace Pages (or right‑click a page in the Thumbnails panel > Replace Pages).
  • Select the source PDF containing the revision.
  • Map the ranges (e.g., Replace 3–7 with 3–7) and confirm.
  • Existing markups remain on the page—Revu swaps the underlying page content.
• Post‑replace checks
  • Verify scale: if the revised sheet size or plotted scale changed, recalibrate (Measure > Calibrate).
  • Hyperlinks and bookmarks pointing to page numbers persist, but visually confirm link targets still make sense.
