• Open the Markups List and show the Filter bar (funnel icon). Add the columns you rely on (Status, Subject, Layer, Space, Author, Date) from the Columns menu.
• Narrow by timeframe to spot new activity fast: filter Date to “Today,” “This Week,” or a custom range after receiving a revision set.
• Use Status to surface work-in-progress. Show only “Pending,” “Needs Review,” or “Rejected” while hiding “Approved/Complete” to focus on unresolved items.
• Turn on Color by Status, then filter by Status to combine visual cues with precise results—ideal for quick coordination huddles.
• Filter by Subject or Tool to track change types (e.g., Revision Cloud, Callout, Count) and build targeted punch or RFI follow-ups.
• Combine Spaces and Layers: limit results to a room/zone (Space) and a discipline layer to review scope changes exactly where they occur.
• Sort by Date (descending) after filtering to bubble the latest edits to the top, then multi-select to batch-update Status or reassign ownership.
• Use the Markups List search box to instantly filter by keywords in Comments (e.g., “door swing,” “sealant,” PO number) without changing your column filters.
• Add a Checked column; filter “Unchecked” to create a quick triage queue, then mark items as Checked as you resolve them.
• Export only the filtered results to a Markups Summary (PDF) or CSV/Excel for meeting packs or quantity rollups—great for handoffs and audit trails.
