Bluebeam Tip: Enhance Productivity with Bluebeam Revu's Split Screen Feature

The Split Screen feature in Bluebeam Revu allows you to view multiple sections of a document simultaneously, enhancing your productivity by reducing the need to constantly scroll or switch between tabs. Whether you're comparing two different PDFs or reviewing different parts of the same document, this feature streamlines your workflow.

How to Use the Split Screen Feature:

  • Vertical Split:
    • Click on the Split Vertical icon at the bottom right of the interface.
    • Your screen will divide into two panes side by side.
  • Horizontal Split:
    • Click on the Split Horizontal icon next to the vertical split.
    • Your screen will divide into two panes, one on top of the other.

Tips for Enhanced Productivity:

  • Compare Documents Side by Side:
    • Open the documents you wish to compare.
    • Use the vertical split to view them simultaneously.
  • Review Different Sections:
    • Use the split screen to view different pages or sections of the same document.
    • Navigate independently in each pane.
  • Sync Panes:
    • Click on Sync to synchronize the navigation between panes.
    • This is useful when you want to compare the same page across revisions.

Additional Features:

  • Adjust Pane Sizes: Drag the divider to resize panes according to your preference.
