Bluebeam Tip: Bluebeam Revu Essential Keyboard Shortcuts

Learn the essential Revu keyboard shortcuts that speed up navigation, markups, and reviews—so you spend less time clicking and more time delivering. For licensing, upgrades, and team rollouts, connect with NOVEDGE.

  • Navigation and view control
    • Spacebar: Temporary Pan (hold while dragging).
    • Mouse Wheel: Zoom in/out; hold Middle Mouse to Pan.
    • Ctrl + Plus / Ctrl + Minus: Step Zoom.
    • Ctrl + Tab / Ctrl + Shift + Tab: Switch open PDFs.
  • Selection and editing
    • Esc: Cancel current tool or deselect.
    • Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y: Undo / Redo.
    • Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V / Delete: Copy / Paste / Remove.
    • Ctrl + A: Select all markups on the page.
    • Arrow Keys: Nudge; Shift + Arrow = larger nudge.
