What’s New in Autodesk Inventor 2023.2

Great news! We’re excited to announce that Inventor 2023.2 has been released! There are dozens of enhancements released since the initial release of 2023. You will find several here videos that will briefly demonstrate how most of them work.

	Part Modeling Sketch names display in Select Other results Purge Unused Sketches and Work Features Exporting Planar Faces Feature Patterns Shortcut Keys in the Context Menu (K Edit Sketch, F Edit Feature) Flat Pattern DXF/DWG Export Improvements Switch between constraints Mark feature enhancements Ability to change an invalid parameter name Performance improvement 3D annotations in the model browser Diameter and radius dimensions Tolerance enhancement
	Assembly modeling Content Center: Component visibility Content Center: Locking the rotation of inserted fasteners AutoScroll Reorder features Drag features within the same assembly Drag features into the desired folder except the Origin and Weldment folders Component Pattern Joint Workflow Enhancement Bolted Connection Enhancement Content Center
	Drawing environment Base view Detail View Break Out View Workflow Annotations: Ordinate Sets, Baseline Sets, and Chain Sets Drawing Resources 3D Model Annotations in Drawing Views Parts List Editing and Navigation Broken and Crop Views Draft Views Break Out Views View participation Dimensions placed on drawing views Remove legacy parts list options Select multiple components when attaching balloons to a balloon stack
	Visualization GPU Ray Tracing Support for decals, ground shadows, reflection, and section views is added. When overlapping decals the model tree position controls the display priority of decals.
	iLogic enhancements String Replace for iLogic Design Copy Shortcut keys in the context menu Maximize Button for iLogic Editor Adding True/False Parameter to iLogic Form should default to Checkbox Confirmation box for deleting an iLogic Form Support multi-selection drags within the form editor to move elements Ability to change an invalid browser node name
