Open BIM Analytical Model This application has been developed to generate analytical geometric models of buildings in order to carry out their energy and acoustic analysis. You can enter all the elements that make up the analytical model, such as spaces, surfaces, edges, joints etc. You can also indicate the existing relationships between these entities (which spaces they belong to, adjacencies between surfaces, edges that form a joint etc). If there is a BIM project hosted on the BIMserver.center platform that has an architectural model defined through the IFC standard, you can make use of the automatic generation process, while keeping control over the final result. The analytical model can be exported to the project in BIMserver.center and be interpreted by the following CYPE Open BIM tools, dedicated to the thermal and acoustic analysis of buildings:

Open BIM Suspended ceilings is a program brought about to design the suspended ceilings of any type of building. Open BIM Suspended ceilings can automatically generate the layout of the suspended ceilings, which provides a valuable aid in their subsequent installation in the different rooms. The program workspace allows you to create and introduce all the necessary elements for a fire protection installation in a quick and easy way. You can identify zones, risk areas, safe areas, stairs in the model and, for each of them, you can specify the requirements of fire extinguishers, sprinklers, alarm systems. CYPEFIRE Design includes the tool to perform the checks related to external propagation, to design evacuation routes, to check the minimum dimensions of the maneuvering spaces and the approach roads that allow the fire brigade to access the building, and to produce documentation of the project and all checks made. CYPE FIRE Hydraulic Systems Design and analysis of hydraulic fire extinguishing installations. Includes 'EPANET' software developed by the Water Supply and Water Resources Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Risk Management Research Laboratory. CYPEFIRE Hydraulic Systems uses the EPANET 2 analysis motor (developed by the “Water Supply and Water Resources Division National Risk Management Research Laboratory”) to carry out the hydraulic calculations required to design the network of sprinklers and fire hose reels.
