CYPEPLUMBING Sanitary Systems

CYPEPLUMBING Sanitary Systems carries out the analysis and design of all foul water and rainwater evacuation installations or only those selected by users, for any type of building, in compliance with predefined standards, personalized design configurations of other standards, or personal technical configurations.

CYPEPLUMBING Water Systems

CYPEPLUMBING Water Systems carries out the analysis and design of complete or partial water supply installations for any type of building, complying with predefined standards, as well as installations with personalized design configurations for other standards, and even following personal technical criteria.

CYPEPLUMBING Solar Systems

CYPEPLUMBING Solar Systems performs the design and analysis of the complete solar thermal energy contribution installation for hot water and heating, or part of it, in any type of building.

The program has been designed for users to work in a 2D workspace with the possibility to view the 3D view of the installation that has been introduced, in real time.

The design of the system can be carried out on 2D templates from the BIM model using IFC files or DXF-DWG, DWF files or images (.jpeg, .jpg, .bmp, .wmf), which can be included in the program.

Users can work, by layers, on the different networks that the program allows them to design:

• Supply water network
• Return water network
• Auxiliary supply water network
• Auxiliary return water network

Open BIM Water Equipment

Open BIM Water Equipment is a tool that has been developed to introduce appliances and fittings, which require a water supply connection (bathroom and kitchen sinks, showers, bathtubs, toilets, bidets, dishwashers, washing machines... ), in the BIM model of the project.

With Open BIM Water Equipment, users can introduce the following appliances and fittings: urinals, showers, bathtubs, sinks and bidets.

The program has a graphical interface that allows users to introduce the abovementioned elements using the floor plans. The elements that are positioned on the plan will also be displayed in the 3D view of the program.

Open BIM Water Equipment generates a table that contains the elements that have been introduced in the project. In this table, users can modify the default height of the elements and view their size.

CYPEPLUMBING Schematics diagrams

CYPEPLUMBING Schematic diagrams is a tool that has been created to automatically design schematic diagrams of water supply installations.

For installations where there are multiple user consumption points, the program creates two diagrams; one from the supply connection point to the meter assembly, and another from the assembly to the users’ shut-off valves.

For installations where there is a single user consumption point, the program generates the diagram from the supply connection point to the user shut-off valve.

CYPEPLUMBING Schematic diagrams automatically generates the diagram of the water supply installation if the BIM model contains adequate information, which can be generated by CYPEPLUMBING Water Systems. The diagram that is generated can be modified using the tools that the program provides in the top part of the screen.

If the BIM model does not contain the information, it can be designed manually using the same tools with which it can be modified. Therefore, "CYPEPLUMBING Schematic diagrams" can work autonomously, although a BIM model must always be created on the BIMserver.center platform.
