English and Japanese subtitles are available.
The main software is After Effects CC or higher.
You’ll need Photoshop CC or higher for the first 2 lessons (1 of 7 parallax techniques).
Some lessons use third-party plugins:
- Optical flares by VideoCopilot (paid)
- Saber Video Copilot (free)
- Red giant plugin suite Universe (free trial)
Please note you can follow most of the course even if you don’t have those plugins. They only provide a few finishing touches in 3 out of 14 lessons. The course teaches you the fundamentals of the parallax effect and it will work without those plugins.
