INSYDIUM Fused - Maintenance Subscription

Overview

The Insydium Fused Maintenance Subscription provides 12 months of INSYDIUM Annual Maintenance for existing users. If you purchase a perpetual license of Fused, the first 12 months of Technical Support and Updates are included.

To continuously access Fused benefits, you should buy a new Maintenance Agreement before it expires, during your Maintenance Period.

After expiry, if you haven't renewed your maintenance, you have up to 12 months to buy a new Maintenance Agreement during your Reactivation Period, but you will miss out on Updates and Fused benefits until you ‘reactivate’. To clarify, the renewal date will run from the original purchase date, not 12 months from the date of purchase of the renewal.

After your Reactivation Period, you have a further 12-month Last Chance Period to buy a new Maintenance Agreement, but it will cost you more to cover the number of Updates that will be released over the two years.

If you choose not to renew your Maintenance Agreement your license will remain valid for X-Particles only. But you will no longer have access to TerraformFX, MeshTools, and Cycles 4D plugins or receive the benefits included with Maintenance. In addition, the download will not be available for your license. In other words, please keep a copy of the latest build for your license.

In summary:

• On the purchase of your new license, you will automatically receive 12 months of Support and Updates.
• You will continue to receive complimentary support and updates for three months after your maintenance expires.
• You can renew your maintenance at any point during the 12 months after your maintenance expires, but your new expiry date will be 12 months from the initial expiry.
• If your maintenance has lapsed by more than 12 months the cost to renew will be the cost of a full-price License.

• 3D Resources - Great lighting and texturing are the key to creating convincing, photo-realistic scenes, but can be time-consuming. Insydium's range of 3D resources makes it easy to get visually stunning results, fast.
• Premium Training - Over 26 hours of Premium Training created by INSYDIUM's particle genius and particle FX Trainer, Jon Bosley. Particle FX is broken down into over 16 hours of pure X-Particles training.
• Maintenance Training - With a Maintenance Agreement, you get exclusive access to a range of easy-to-follow Maintenance Training videos whilst logged into your Customer Account, teaching you how to get the results you need.
• Technical Support - If you have a Maintenance Agreement, you can access in-depth, specialized help with using your product, support with your project scene files or specific feature support.
• Content Repository - There are exclusive Content Repository scene files available if you have a Maintenance Agreement, and these can be downloaded when logged into your Customer Account.
