Organizing Your Document Set with Bluebeam Revu

What it's About

Digital documents bring all sorts of efficiency gains to construction projects, from quicker access to pertinent information to reduced errors. But document sets that are not properly organized from the start can drastically reduce the efficiency gains that come from going digital. Join us in this webinar to learn how you can create smart, dynamic PDFs to help manage documentation throughout the lifecycle of a project. Discover how to connect project files using a variety of  Bluebeam® Revu `s automation tools to quickly and instantly access important information and make sure everyone`s working on the most up-to-date documents. LEARNING OBJECTIVE 1: Automatically generate page labels and hyperlinks to create an easily navigable drawing set. LEARNING OBJECTIVE 2: Extract documents for fast and easy performance downstream. LEARNING OBJECTIVE 3: Use Sets to easily access and navigate an unlimited number of project files from various sources as though they are a single document in a single tab, which also automatically recognizes and organizes drawing revisions. LEARNING OBJECTIVE 4: Perform batch processes to identify and compare changes between documents and dynamically slip-sheet revised files into the current project.
