Design-oriented firms have unique BIM adoption challenges. We`ll look at general strategies for successfully transitioning to BIM, with emphasis on the oft-neglected small architecture practice. We`ll then conclude with a live look at three design-oriented architecture projects, checking under the hood to see how these Vectorworks Architect project files are modeled and organized.

Who is Presenting the Webinar

Francois Levy holds an M.Arch and an MS in architectural engineering from UT Austin, where he`s taught as well as at UT San Antonio. His projects have attracted national press, including Dwell Magazine and HGTV. Author of BIM in Small-Scale Sustainable Design, contributor to The Architect`s Handbook of Professional Practice, he`s lectured widely on sustainability, BIM, and space architecture, on which he has presented at international conferences.
