PDF Studio: Boost Performance with New Multithreaded Tile Factory

PDF Studio 2022 will boost the rendering and load time performance of large and complex documents by up to 6x. Prior versions of PDF Studio would only use a single CPU core when producing page tiles to display on the screen, while the new release will use up to 6 CPU cores (depending on available system cores) to generate document tiles, allowing for much faster load times.

Below is a comparison of performance in rendering a very intensive PDF page (containing images and complex color gradients), showing the load time of PDF Studio 2021 and 2022 side by side. Of course, for most documents, pages will render in a fraction of a second, but in this complex case, the page rendering speed went from 22 seconds to 8 seconds.
