For production work, keep an eye on symmetry and consistency. Mirrored details can save time during blocking, but a slight asymmetry in the final stage often makes the model feel less synthetic. If the sculpt is intended for rendering or game use, think ahead to retopology and baking so your high-resolution detail can be transferred cleanly to a lighter mesh.

A practical workflow is to sculpt the high-res version, then bake normal or displacement information onto your optimized asset. This gives you the visual richness of sculpted detail without compromising performance.
