Bluebeam Tip: Streamlining Workflow by Exporting PDF Markups to Excel in Bluebeam Revu

Exporting markups from your PDFs to Excel can significantly streamline your workflow, especially when dealing with extensive data or complex projects.

How to Export Markups to Excel:

  1. Open your PDF document in Bluebeam Revu.
  2. Navigate to the Markups List panel at the bottom.
  3. Click on the Summary button (it looks like a clipboard with a checkmark).
  4. Select CSV Summary from the drop-down menu. This format is easily opened with Excel.
  5. In the Summary Options dialog box, configure your settings:

    • Select the sorting order for your data.
  6. Click OK and choose a save location for your CSV file.
