Bluebeam Tip: Optimizing Data Organization with Custom Columns in Bluebeam Revu

Creating Custom Columns:
  1. Open the Markups List:
    • At the bottom of the interface, click on the Markups List tab to display all your annotations.
  2. Access Columns Preferences:
    • Click on the gear icon (Manage Columns) at the top right corner of the Markups List.
    • Select Columns > Custom Columns.
  3. Add a New Custom Column:
    • In the Custom Columns dialog, click Add.
