Maximize your efficiency in Bluebeam Revu by creating custom profiles and tool sets tailored to your workflow. Custom profiles allow you to customize the user interface, while tool sets enable you to organize frequently used markups for quick access. Here's how you can set them up:

Creating a Custom Profile

  1. Go to Revu > Profiles > Manage Profiles.
  2. Click Add to create a new profile.
  3. Name your profile and click OK.
  4. Customize the toolbars, panels, and menus as per your preferences.
  5. When done, go back to Revu > Profiles > Save Profile to save your changes.

Creating Custom Tool Sets

  1. Open the Tool Chest panel.
  2. Click the Gear icon and select Add Tool Set.
  3. Choose to create a new My Tools or Drawing Tools set.
  4. Name your tool set and select the visibility options.
  5. Click OK to create the tool set.
