Extracting text and data from PDFs can significantly streamline your workflow, especially when dealing with large documents. Bluebeam Revu offers powerful tools to efficiently extract information from your PDFs.

Using the Text Selection Tool:

  • Open your PDF in Bluebeam Revu.
  • Select the Text tool from the toolbar or press Shift+T.
