Connect drawings, details, specs, RFIs, and schedules with hyperlinks to turn static PDFs into a navigable set that speeds reviews and reduces errors.

• Create links from text or regions:
  • Choose the Hyperlink tool, drag a rectangle over a callout or text.
  • Select an action: Go to Page/View, Place, Bookmark, Open File, or Open URL.
  • Set appearance (color/underline) so links are easy to spot without cluttering the sheet.
• Add actions to existing markups:
  • Select a cloud, callout, or symbol, then Edit Action > Add.
