Combining multiple PDFs into one organized file is one of the quickest ways to prepare drawing sets, submittals, closeout documents, or review packages in Bluebeam Revu. Instead of sending separate attachments, create a single PDF that is easier to navigate, share, mark up, and archive.

To begin, go to File > Combine. In the Combine dialog, add individual files or an entire folder, then arrange the documents in the intended reading order before creating the final PDF.

• Add files strategically: Include cover sheets, drawing sheets, specifications, supporting reports, and reference documents in one package. Revu can combine PDF files as well as supported source files that can be converted to PDF.
• Control the sequence: Select a file in the list and use the move controls to place it correctly. A logical order—cover page, index, drawings, then specifications—saves reviewers time.
