Autodesk Design & Make Awards 2023 submissions now open

Submissions are now open for the Autodesk Design & Make Awards: a celebration of the people, projects, and technologies behind exceptional contributions to architecture, engineering, and construction; product design and manufacturing; and media and entertainment.

The Design & Make Awards (formerly known as the Excellence Awards) is an annual event hosted at Autodesk University. Overall categories include Innovator of the Year, Accelerating Transformation, and Making a Better World. There are also six industry categories.

Previous winners have included outstanding projects from around the globe, including the world’s first open-source, configurable autonomous vehicle; complex construction of the Grand Egyptian Museum, and an immersive video game that uses real-time cinematics to bring its characters to life. Every year, we see an inspiring level of innovation and customer success.
