So far it is has been completely unacceptable
We could barely get the demo to run but we needed the product so we bought it. It stopped running and went back to demo mode. Emails to Novedge sent us to DataKit's site. DataKit support page is almost unusable. Finally managed to get a support login and am waiting for a response for the support but the names of the products on the support site don't match what we bought so I have no idea what we'll get out of this.
