Rhino Customer Service is amazeballs

Used rhino for the first time some 18 years ago. This software has come a long way. The upgrade was a little tricky as some of my older versions were the DVD kind. however I was SO IMPRESSED I called Rhino customer service - AND THEY ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING. It was scary. Not even your BFF picks up on the first ring! And it was US based support. I couldn't believe it. That was probably the best part. Then again the software is very good as well.

Purchase easy. Support awful.

The purchase of the Rhino update was easy. I was having trouble loading the update. Support took a message and said they would have to call me back because of Covid. I waited over 24 hours with no reply. Tried to call back and could not get through. Eventually, I had time to work through the problem on my own. It would have been nice to at least get the call back. I deal with Covid like everyone else. The excuse is old. We have all adjusted and so should you.
