• The competitively priced product must be the exact same make, model, and version as the one offered by NOVEDGE.
• The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock.
• The product must be available in a territory served by NOVEDGE.

Qualifications

• Applies only to products displaying the BEST PRICE GUARANTEE tag in the product page.
• Applies to total price of purchase--including shipping, taxes and other charges that may apply.
• Applies to claims made within 5 days from purchase date, or products you intend to purchase.
• Limited to only three claims in any 90-day period per customer.
• Limited to three identical items per customer.
• Does not apply to new merchandise versus factory-reconditioned comparisons.
• Does not apply to auction sites, seller must have an established online store.

How to Open a Claim for a Product Already Purchased

Please have your order number on hand and one of our associates will be happy to arrange a refund for the difference in price.
